In October 2017, an agreement on cooperation between VEMINA Aviaprestige and ECAR Engineering Center was signed. The agreement concerning joint activities in the development of aircraft interiors for the SSJ-100 and other aircrafts.
ECAR International Engineering Center is a joint venture of AIRBUS, Kaskol company and AFK-Invest, which became the first Airbus engineering center in Eastern Europe. The International Engineering Center ECAR is integrated into the global AIRBUS system.
The main objective of the joint activity is to design the units interiors of aircrafts of the SSJ-100 and others on the basis of the design of the company VEMINA Aviaprestige using modern technologies and Airbus techniques and in accordance with the European aviation regulations and EASA rules.
VEMINA AviaPrestige and ECAR Engineering Center have started preparations for EASA certification in terms of production approval (EASA Part 21.G) and approval of the design documentation development (EASA Part 21.J) respectively, which will further offer potential customers a full cycle of development, manufacture and delivery of interiors of aircrafts with European certification.
The experts of Aircraft Interiors Assosiation (AIA) announced the outgoing year's overall results, and submitted their import subsitution program. The integartion of the industry members has resulted in today's 80% of Russian made aircraft inerior components applied in VIP cabins.
The investments in technological production modernization of Russian manufacturers have increased by 40%.

The combined test has proved the readiness for the company to undergo the final certification procedures under EASA standards, aimed to complete until the end of 2014. During August 27 – September 1, 2013 at International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2013 (Zhukovsky, Moscow Region), the 4th awards – “Golden Wings of MAKS 2013” are held.
